We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return it easily using our automated online portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail or DPD return shipping label provided by the portal to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer carton to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to a local drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
